Shopify Services
What's included?

You're getting more than "just a shop."
- New Shopify stores built from scratch, designed around your brand and products so buying is clear, simple and easy for your customers.
- We build on top of a carefully chosen Shopify theme, free or premium depending on your needs. It gets you further ahead from day one with a proven, reliable foundation, so we can work on the features that make your shop stand out.
- Improvements to existing stores, from design and navigation to product pages and checkout, so more of your visitors become customers.
- Smooth migrations from WordPress, WooCommerce, Squarespace and other platforms - moving your products, customers and content across while protecting the search rankings you've worked hard for.
- App integrations with the tools you rely on, such as Klaviyo for email marketing and Google Analytics for tracking sales and performance.
- Experience adding product personalisation apps so shoppers can add motifs and monograms to products, perfect for gifts, homeware and accessories.
- Training at handover so you feel confident adding products, running offers and managing orders yourself.
How it all comes together
Whether you're starting a small shop with a handful of products or moving a large catalogue from another platform, we've got you covered. Shopify gives you a secure, reliable platform that handles payments, stock and orders, and we make sure it looks and works exactly how your business needs.
We keep the process collaborative and enjoyable, keeping you involved from start to finish.
We get to know your business, products and customers, and talk through your goals. This is where we agree whether a free or premium theme is the best starting point, and which apps and integrations you'll need.
We plan the structure of your shop and how customers will move through it, from homepage to checkout. We then apply your branding to the theme so it feels unmistakably yours.
Time to build! We set up your products, collections, apps and any customisations, or migrate everything across from your current platform. You'll have a preview link so you can follow progress along the way.
Before launch, we test everything: speed, mobile, checkout, payments, emails and redirects from your old site. Once all is running smoothly, we'll walk you through your new store so you feel confident managing it day to day.
How much does a Shopify store cost?
The cost depends on your requirements, such as the size of your catalogue, whether you're migrating from another platform and any custom functionality like product personalisation. Due to this reason, we typically use our bulk block hour model for this work.
Once we know more about your requirements, we can estimate how many hours the project will take and keep you informed through the process, allowing you to top up as and when.
Our bulk block hour pricing is as follows and we do not charge VAT:
- 5 hours - £300
- 10 hours - £575
- 15 hours - £825
- 20 hours - £1,050
We understand that budgets vary and encourage you to reach out whatever your budget. Let us know how much you're looking to spend and we'll find a solution that suits your needs.
Common questions
For smaller shops, we typically complete design and development within 4-6 weeks. Larger stores or migrations with lots of products usually take 6-10 weeks. This gives plenty of time for your feedback and for gathering product images and descriptions.
A good Shopify theme has already been tested for speed, mobile and checkout performance, and receives regular updates. Starting from one gets you further, faster, and means your budget goes on the things that make your shop unique rather than rebuilding the basics. We'll recommend a free or premium theme depending on what your shop needs.
Yes. We migrate products, customers, order history and content from WordPress, WooCommerce and other platforms, and set up redirects so your existing search rankings and links keep working.
There are a few to consider:
- Shopify plan, which covers hosting, security and checkout. Pricing varies by plan, and full details are at shopify.com/pricing.
- Premium theme, if you choose one. This is usually a one-off cost.
- Apps, some of which have monthly fees (for example Klaviyo, depending on your number of contacts).
- Domain name, typically £10 to £20 per year.
Absolutely. Shopify makes it easy to add products, update prices, run discounts and manage orders. We'll show you everything at handover, and we're here for ongoing support if you need help with bigger changes.
